The Nourish Breakfast  program, funded by a Salvation Army Canada grant is designed to support access to nutritious food options and skill-building for young families with school-aged children.

The program runs weekly and provides items for breakfast such as fruit, veggies, cheese, meats, bread and juices. On Fridays all families at the Centre can have a hot breakfast. On PD days, breakfast is offered to children visiting the Centre.  Parents are invited to participate in a info session weekly that teaches different ideas for breakfast items and picky eaters.
